ListKit Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to ListKit's cold email infrastructure and software subscription.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using this service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Basic Overview:

When you start with ListKit, we purchased domains and inboxes on your behalf from Google. We make no money doing this. The margins of this business are such that we make no profit in the first month.

There is no refunding the domains and inboxes. If you wanted a refund, we'd take your domains and inboxes and not allow you access to them. You'd then need to go buy domains and inboxes yourself, which would actually amount to more than you already paid us because you don't get our bulk discounts.

This would effectively mean you are starting all over. This is just how domains & inboxes work. We have zero control over that, and we make exactly $0 in profit on the domains and inboxes.

1. All Payments Are Non-Refundable

All payments made to ListKit are final and non-refundable.

We do not provide full or partial refunds for:

Your payment is not based solely on your level of platform usage. A significant portion of the initial payment is used immediately to purchase, configure, and prepare third-party infrastructure specifically for your account.

2. Why the First Payment Cannot Be Refunded

When you join ListKit, we begin purchasing and setting up cold email infrastructure on your behalf.

Depending on your plan, this may include:

These products and services are purchased from third-party providers specifically for your account.

Once purchased, these expenses are non-refundable to ListKit. ListKit cannot return used or registered domains or reverse third-party email licensing charges.

As a result, the initial payment is committed to fulfilling your order shortly after purchase, regardless of whether you have begun sending campaigns or materially used the platform.

3. ListKit's Infrastructure Costs

ListKit may provide domains, inboxes, software, setup, and ongoing infrastructure at pricing made possible through negotiated rates, bulk purchasing, automation, and operational efficiencies.

The price paid by the customer is not a refundable deposit.

It is payment for the procurement, setup, provisioning, licensing, and availability of the service and its related infrastructure.

The fact that a customer has not yet launched a campaign, uploaded a list, completed onboarding, or sent a significant number of emails does not mean that ListKit has not incurred costs.

In all cases, ListKit incurs all of the initial infrastructure costs before the customer begins actively using the service.

Domains & inboxes take time to warm up, which will delay how quickly you're able to begin campaigns. This is not within our control. If you did not warm up domains, they would burn immediately. We do not control this.

4. Domains and Inboxes

Domains and inboxes purchased or provisioned through ListKit are part of the customer's ListKit service.

Unless ListKit expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the customer does not have an automatic right to receive, transfer, export, or retain domains, inboxes, licenses, configurations, warm-up data, administrative credentials, or other infrastructure after cancellation, nonpayment, a refund request, or termination.

If ListKit voluntarily agrees to transfer any infrastructure, the transfer may be subject to:

Certain domains, inboxes, licenses, or accounts may not be transferable.

Any transfer assistance is provided at ListKit's discretion unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

5. Refund Requests Do Not Include Infrastructure Ownership

Requesting or receiving a refund, credit, charge reversal, or payment dispute does not entitle a customer to retain the infrastructure purchased or provisioned through ListKit.

A customer may not both:

  1. Recover the payment used to purchase and configure the infrastructure; and
  2. Retain the benefit, access, ownership, credentials, or use of that infrastructure.

In the event ListKit is legally required or voluntarily agrees to issue a refund, ListKit may immediately suspend or terminate access to the corresponding software, domains, inboxes, accounts, licenses, credentials, and infrastructure.

The customer will then be required to purchase replacement domains and inboxes independently and rebuild the infrastructure at the customer's own expense.

6. Lead Data and List Building

Customers are responsible for confirming that ListKit's data, filters, search criteria, exporting functionality, and lead availability are appropriate for their intended audience before purchasing.

The availability of leads may vary based on factors including:

ListKit does not guarantee that every customer will be able to generate a specific number of leads matching every possible combination of targeting criteria.

ListKit also does not guarantee that its database will replace every external data provider or eliminate the need for customers to purchase, supplement, clean, enrich, or source lead data elsewhere.

A customer's decision to purchase a separate list or use another data provider does not create a right to a refund, credit, extension, or waived subscription payment.

7. Onboarding and Customer Participation

ListKit may provide onboarding, training, support, documentation, and implementation guidance.

The customer remains responsible for participating in the onboarding process and providing any information, approvals, assets, targeting criteria, lead lists, copy, account access, or other materials required to launch campaigns.

Customer-caused delays do not pause billing and do not create a right to a refund or account credit.

This includes delays caused by:

Rescheduling an onboarding call does not modify the subscription start date or renewal schedule.

8. No Guarantee of Results

ListKit provides infrastructure, software, data, tools, and support designed to help customers conduct cold email outreach.

ListKit does not guarantee:

Cold email results depend on numerous factors outside ListKit's control, including the customer's offer, market, targeting, list quality, messaging, sender reputation, sales process, follow-up, pricing, competition, and compliance practices.

A lack of results or dissatisfaction with results does not create a right to a refund.

9. Subscription Renewals

ListKit subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval disclosed during checkout unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

Customers are responsible for canceling before their next renewal date.

Canceling a subscription:

Failure to use the service, review billing notices, or remember the renewal date does not create a right to a refund.

10. How to Cancel

Cancellations are able to be done directly inside of the ListKit app.

You may also cancel your subscription by contacting ListKit at:

Email: support@listkit.io

Your cancellation request must be received before your next scheduled renewal payment.

Cancellation is effective only after it has been processed and confirmed by ListKit.

Submitting a support request does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed.

Customers should retain the written cancellation confirmation for their records.

11. Account Credits and Exceptions

ListKit is not obligated to provide refunds, credits, free months, extensions, or waived payments.

In limited circumstances, ListKit may choose to provide an account credit, billing adjustment, replacement service, onboarding assistance, or other accommodation.

Any such accommodation:

Any exception to this policy must be expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of ListKit.

12. Service Issues

Customers must promptly notify ListKit of technical issues and provide ListKit a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.

A technical issue does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.

Where appropriate, ListKit may choose to provide a repair, replacement, service extension, or account credit instead of a monetary refund.

Temporary outages, third-party provider disruptions, deliverability fluctuations, email account restrictions, domain restrictions, data availability changes, or software interruptions do not create an automatic right to a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights that a customer may have under applicable law.

13. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact ListKit and make a good-faith effort to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel the customer's subscription or outstanding contractual obligations.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized payment reversal is initiated, ListKit may:

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Customer Acknowledgment
